How to automatically generate sitemap using wordpress plugin All in One SEO

Generation of sitemap, which is an important measure for SEO measures.
We will introduce how to set the plug-in “All in One SEO” that can automatically generate this sitemap.

Install the All in One SEO

1. Click “Add New” from the wordpress plugin screen.
2. Enter “All in One SEO” in the search window and install the following plugins.

3. After installation, enable “All in One SEO” on the plugin screen.

After the plugin installation is complete, the next step is to set up Sitemap auto-generation.

You should see “All in One SEO” under “Settings” on the WordPress screen.
Select “Sitemap” in it.

Set it in the “general sitemap” in it.

2. Sitemap settings
   1. Enable sitemap index
      1. Please enable it.
   2. Post type
      1. Select the post type you want to appear on the sitemap.
   3. Taxonomy
      1. Select the taxonomy you want to appear on the sitemap.

About the output sitemap

Since the page with noindex specified is not displayed in the sitemap, even if it is used for setting the sitemap in Google Search console, there is no difference from the crawled result.

If you want to register the sitemap in Google search console, click “Open sitemap” in “Preview” on the same page and set the opened URL.

After that, if there is a new post or page update, it will be automatically reflected in the sitemap.
